COVID-19 Update

Greetings from Allisonville Eye Care Center!

We hope you and your loved ones are doing well during these challenging times with COVID-19 hitting our community. We are currently open to see routine eyecare but on an appointment only basis. We will continue to practice thorough cleaning and sanitizing procedures before and after every patient and will be increasing the spacing between exams. Please do not come for an appointment if you are feverish, have a cough, or are not well.

Our new protocol includes taking each patient’s temperature with a rapid non-contact digital thermometer. We are asking every patient to wear a face mask or face covering during the visit. Our office cannot provide this, so at a minimum use a clean handkerchief or bandana tied over the nose and mouth as a face covering.

We want to get you IN and OUT, so please complete all paperwork ahead of time and present it to the front desk with your medical insurance card as you enter. These forms can be easily accessed from our website (www.all-eyes.org -see “Patient Forms”) or we can mail or email them on request.

We are also providing TELEHEALTH EVALUATIONS when appropriate during this time. PLEASE REQUEST TELEHEALTH FROM THE HOMEPAGE OF OUR WEBSITE. For CONTACT LENS WEARERS, please call us for a supply of contact lenses with free shipping (1-2 boxes minimum) to get you by until your next visit. Feel free to contact us if you are in urgent need of new eyeglasses or a repair as we are still only seeing adjustments and frame selections on an appointment only basis.

WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE OPTOMAP/SCANNER BUNDLE FOR 100% OF OUR PATIENTS TO IMPROVE CARE WHILE SHORTENING YOUR VISIT. DILATION IS OFTEN NOT NECESSARY IF THE BUNDLE IS PERFORMED BUT THE DOCTOR MAY STILL NEED TO HAVE YOUR EYES DILATED IN CERTAIN CASES. WE ARE OFFERING THESE SCREENING TESTS AT A REDUCED COST OF ($35) FOR ALL PATIENTS PATIENTS AGE 23 AND OLDER AND ($25) FOR ALL PATIENTS 22 AND YOUNGER.

Please let us know if you cannot make an appointment or if you need to reschedule as early as possible so we may allow others to have the appointment slot.

Our updated hours until further notice: Our office is closed to the public but we are open to answer phone calls and see scheduled patients at the following hours:
