Our Team

Dr. Bollier graduated from Indiana University School of Optometry. Following Optometry school, he completed a residency program at Indianapolis Eye Care Center where he received extensive training in Primary Eye Care and Low Vision/Vision Rehabilitation training. He is a member of the American and Indiana Optometric Associations as well as a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry.

Dr. Bollier has a passion for teaching as he has given lectures to Optometry students and other Optometrists. He was an Assistant Instructor for four courses throughout Optometry School and enjoyed working with the students during his residency as a consulting Optometrist.

Dr. Bollier is serving as Adjunct Faculty of IU and trains four different Optometry fourth-year externs every year at Allisonville Eye Care Center.

Dr. Bollier is certified to fit Orthokeratology lenses Paragon CRT lenses as well as MiSight lenses both specialty-designed contact lenses to treat myopia and control myopia growth.

Throughout his time in school and as an Optometrist, Dr. Bollier has been able to travel on 3 Optometry Mission trips to El Salvador. Here he helped perform eye exams and give glasses to those who have not had access to eye care. Dr. Bollier served as Vice President of the Fellowship of Christian Optometrists during his time in school.

Dr. Bollier loves spending time with his wife and three young daughters. He is a big Indiana sports fan and enjoys spending time with friends.

Dr. Earls loves optometry because of the incredible impact it can have on people’s lives. From helping brain injury patients relearn to walk to treating dry eye patients who thought they might never read comfortably again, Dr. Earls is grateful for the opportunity to make a meaningful difference for his patients.

With a focus on dry eye, medical optometry, and pediatrics, Dr. Earls is excited to join Allisonville Eyecare and to utilize advanced technologies to improve patients’ visual comfort, health, and performance.

Dr. Earls was born and raised in Bedford, Indiana, and attended the University of Southern Indiana, where he studied chemistry. He then attended Indiana University for optometry school, where he volunteered with VOSH and hopes to continue participating in the future.

Following optometry school, Dr. Earls worked at Fort Campbell, Kentucky, where he served active duty soldiers, airmen, and their families as a civilian provider while also starting his own family with his wife, Judy. In late 2019, Dr. Earls and his wife embarked on a backpacking trip around the world, visiting 19 countries across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Eastern and Western Europe. The adventure was unfortunately cut short by COVID.

After returning from their trip, Dr. Earls returned to Indiana and settled in the Indianapolis area. In 2023, he traveled to Alaska to provide eye care to native communities in remote Alaskan villages. While he misses the incredible people and scenery of Alaska, he is happy to once again have reliable indoor plumbing.

Dr. Earls currently lives in Castleton with his wife, their two young children, and two goldendoodles. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, and getting his kids in just the right amount of trouble.
