I found myself in a situation recently. I had developed an infection in my eye lid and not being a frequent visitor of eye doctors, I started calling all around the area to find help. Everywhere I called, when I could actually reach a person, I was met with impatience, rudeness, and a lack of clear information, especially in regards to what a visit would cost. The staff at Allisonville Eye Care Center, from the people on the phone, to the techs, and finally the doctor were all wonderful! It was so nice to speak to people on the phone who were kind, patient, and did their absolute best to be helpful and accommodating. Today's world is full of negativity and a lack of caring, so my experience with this clinic was a breath of fresh air. I was fit into the schedule, treated very well, and I'm on the mend. This will be the new clinic for my wife and I all because of my recent experience there. They are good people and choosing them, in my opinion, is a great choice over others in the area. TLDR: Kind people, professional service, and an overall good experience in healthcare. Choose them. You won't be sorry.

Second annual exam today. Continues to be a great experience. I really appreciate the extra imaging available for year over year comparison of eye health. Great doctor and staff and I appreciate that this office also hosts 4th year optometry students. I appreciate being given the opportunity to help a next generation of eye doctors gain confidence in addition to being seen by a credentialed doctor.

From Rose and Ilda out front to all the techs I've had the pleasure to chat with as they perform screening tests with skill and friendliness, the staff at Allisonville Eye Care is great! Warm and professional, and always quick to respond to questions by phone or text. Dr. Bollier is kind and compassionate as well as extremely knowledgeable. It's been a rough journey for me with some complex eyes issues, and he has fit me in when I've needed help and has researched and communicated options. The practice offers MANY advanced treatments for MGD and dry eye disease as well as all the vision care you'd expect from a top notch eye care center.

I went for a complete exam today april 24. From the beginning to the end I am comfortable saying they were all compationate, proffesional and thorough. Well worth the money.
